MRP Reissue for 5 Years:

Following documents required to apply for reissue of a MRP

1. Filled reissue application

2. Photocopy of MRP and Residence ID (Iqama) in same page

                 General 125 Saudi Riyal, delivery time 3 months

                 Express 415 Saudi Riyal, delivery time 35-45 days

            For Professional

                 General 415 Saudi Riyal, delivery time 3 months

                 Express 830 Saudi Riyal, delivery time 35-45 days

            All types of fees are payable in cash only

MRP passport re-issue application should be submitted for 5 years prior to passport expiry to avoid any complications.

All applications are received from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Urgent Renewal:

In case of emergency when Ekama expired or near to expiry, manual renewal can be done at a fee of 50 Riyals for 1 year and 100 Riyals for 2 years. However, a passport renewed for 1 or 2 year is acceptable to the Saudi authorities for Ekama renewal but not for international travel. You cannot go to the country on vacation with this manual renewal.\

Following documents are required for making a passport for new born baby:

1. Saudi Birth Registration Certificate of the baby (Saudi Shahada Milad)

2. Photocopy of Parent's Passport and Ekama

3. Bangladeshi birth registration certificate of the new born. Application for birth certificate can be made at Bangladesh Consulate General Jeddah. However, if the birth certificate is obtained from permanent address of him/her parent in Bangladesh, the place of birth must be mentioned as "Saudi Arabia".

4. A4 size color photograph of the baby with colorful dress and grey/white background

5. Passport size photograph of the baby and his/her parent
